Thoughts on loot: I have no problems to let people loot what they need, I understand that MT should first get what he needs, then healers, OT..., I hate selfish and childish behavior of some characters. Generally I am ok with fear and square distribution

Why Saoirse?: I have friends in Saoirse from my previous guild (LuckyTNT, Guuf, Siqatrix) and I know from them that Saoirse does pretty good raiding, and I like PVE more than PVP

Do you have any previous raid experience?: TBC, mostly 10-man raids, and Gruul too

Anything else you would like to add?: I have 4 chars, my hunter is L80, have DK L73 who wants to be tank (http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Kilrogg&n=Grogyubica), L73 tankadin who can become healer (http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Kilrogg&n=Palamudinn) and L70 lock (http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Kilrogg&n=Zlocko). I don't mind playing any role, I just wanna play with others in a grown-up group
